Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, who stays in the headlines with back to back to controversies, has received a rude shock from Twitter.
The actress’ account in the micro-blogging site has been permanently suspended after she posted a controversial tweet related to the post-election result violence in Bengal.
A Twitter spokesperson said, “The referenced account has been permanently suspended for repeated violations of Twitter Rules specifically our Hateful Conduct policy and Abusive Behaviour policy.”
However, this isn’t the first time that Kangana has been punished by the social media platform. Earlier this year, the platform imposed certain restrictions on her account after her incendiary tweet against Amazon Prime Video series Tandav.
Reacting to this issue, the 34-year-old actor accused Twitter of race bias and said that she has many platforms where she can raise her voice, including her own art in the form of cinema.
