Gautam Reddy himself revealed this. Gautam Reddy tweeted that his Twitter account had been hacked and someone is posting nonsense posts. Gautam Reddy said he was sorry for the inconvenience and appealed to his followers to ignore those posts.
Gautam Reddy revealed that he had lodged a complaint with the Twitter company and cybercrime police over the incident. He apologized to those who were following his account for this inconvenience. Andhra Pradesh police are investigating the case. Police are investigating where the hack is from. All the details on this will be revealed soon.
