The ‘sleaze CD’ case of the Karnataka former minister Ramesh Jarkiholi is taking twists each passing day for the past 27 days. On Sunday, the alleged victim’s lawyer Jagdish announced she would surrender in a Bangalore court on Monday.
However, she failed to appear before the court. His lawyer on Monday released a letter written by the alleged woman to the Karnataka High Court CJ making various allegations against Jarkiholi.
In her letter, she said, “I have already stated my fear that there is a threat to myself and my parents from Jarkiholi, who is a very powerful person. I have requested the SIT seeking protection for myself and my parents. But they couldn’t provide any protection.”
She also said Jarkiholi is having criminal antecedents and has already begun killing evidence regarding offences in every way.
The woman, who stayed behind the curtain, has released many video statements from unknown locations accusing the former minister of cheating on her, fearing a threat to her life. She also alleged that the investigation team is acting to the tunes of Ramesh Jarkiholi and the government is also shielding him.
