The Telugu Desam Party has been collecting evidence, since CID issued notices to Chandrababu on corruption charges, to prove that the CID has filed fake cases against Chandrababu.
Mangalagiri MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy claimed that a large number of SCs had suffered losses. However, two days ago, the TDP announced that none of the complainants had given land to the capital.
TDP is taking a certified FIR copy and verifying all the details in it. It is also preparing video evidence. The TDP has collected information about five farmers who claimed that they had lost their lands due to forcible confiscation and other reasons.
TDP leaders made it clear that two of the five families do not belong to SC. The three families say that they have not made any complaint and have come just to sign. They said the same at the Thadepalli police station. These videos were released by TDP.
Finally, TDP leaders believes that there is clear evidence that CID officials have conspired with Alla Ramakrishnareddy to target Chandrababu. They are planning to file cases against CID officials who have conspired. Consultations are underway with jurists on this matter. It remains to be seen what the jurists finally say.
