Taapsee Pannu’s upcoming film ‘Looop Lapeta’ is all set to hit the screens on October 22, this year. Directed by Aakash Bhatia, the film is produced by Sony Pictures Films India, Ellipsis Entertainment and Aayush Maheshwari.
Taapsee shared a motion poster and announced the release date on Instagram along with a small note.
Sharing the new motion poster, she wrote, “A comic-thriller we rarely get! Brace yourself to meet Savi and Satya….. #LooopLapeta in theatres this October 22, 2021 (sic).”
Looop Lapeta is the Hindi adaptation of German film Run Lola Run. The 1998 film was written and directed by Tom Tykwer. Franka Potente played the titular role in the film. Taapsee’s character is named Savi in Looop Lapeta. Savi finds herself in a tricky situation when her beau gets unknowingly trapped in a crisis.
