‘Playback’ is a movie directed by Hari Prasad Jakka with Dinesh Tej and Ananya as the hero and heroines. Produced by Prasadarao Peddineni, the film is set to release today. Music director of the movie is Kamran , DOP is K Bujji while editor is Bonthala Nageswara Reddy.
Playback movie press meet was recently held in which dignitaries like Sukumar supported the film unit claiming it to be a unique movie and wished everyone a good luck. The recent trailer too got a good response from the film enthusiasts.
In a promotional event held yesterday on the ocassion of the movie release for today, Hariprasad says – “In this movie, a man in 2019 talks on the phone with another person in 1993. This is a cross time connection movie, which is very first Indian film in this concept.
Although there are some movies on this concept, our movie story is different. Not only the characters in the movie … there is also a connection in the movie with the movie poster, tree, phone etc. that appear. There is not a single song in it. The film is not so experimental in terms of story but in terms of screenplay”, he added.
