Nothing can be bigger than a multi-starrer with Kamal Haasan and Rajinikanth, if it turns into reality. Kamal’s younger daughter Akshara Haasan has expressed her wish to take the idea forward
Rajini and Kamal are the two senior actors of Kollywood, who are still able to create wonders at the box office, with almost every new film, competing with the other young star heroes like Vijay, Suriya, Ajith etc. So, several makers in the past, tried to convince them for a multi-starrer, but no such story that matches the image of both has been found, and so the idea has been shelved.

But now Akshara Haasan brings the idea forward one more time. Speaking to the media, during her upcoming movie Kadaram Kondan (Mr KK in Telugu) promotions, Akshara said that she wishes to direct a multi-starrer featuring her father Kamal, along with the super star Rajinikanth.
Apart from it, Akshara is also keen to project her dad as a superhero in another film in her direction. While the second one may be possible, there are high chances that the first one may never turn into the reality, as it is tough to convince the fans of both the stars, with the roles of their heroes in the film as any small imbalance would lead to severe criticism. So it is better a newbie like Akshara, to give up on the project.
