The YSRCP government is known for its diversional politics, which are very well exhibited by the party from time to time. Be it diverting the issue of its own member committing an atrocity in the Konaseema area, the focus of which it shifted by renaming the district as Ambedkar district to so many others. This tactic is used by the government when someone questions its principles or strategies.
Pawan Kalyan has never shied away from questioning and pointing at the YSRCP government of the various inadequacies and failings in the way it deals with the issues in the state. As a result, the YSRCP government has, on several occasions, targeted Pawan in disgusting ways by even stooping so low as to attack him personally. Politically, the YSRCP always seemed to be interested in linking up Jana Sena to the TDP, with various YSRCP members calling Pawan Chandrababu Naidu’s adopted son.
Now, the YSRCP is once again concerned with the Jana Sena’s stance in the 2024 elections, with Minister Dadisetti Raja asking whether the Jana Sena would be contesting the 2024 elections by itself or if it would be allied with the BJP or the TDP. Raja said alleged that Pawan was misleading the Kapu community and that he should be straightforward with where his alliance falls. This is not the first time that the YSRCP leveled such questions at the Jana Sena, as previously too, the party chose to misread Pawan’s statements of all the opposition parties teaming up together for the betterment of the state, to make sure that the YSRCP doesn’t come to power again in 2024.
