People are eager to know who will win the ‘MAA’ elections, which are scheduled to be held on October 10. Manchu Vishnu and Prakash Raj are vying for the president’s post. In this context, actor-cum-politician Roja expressed her views on the ‘MAA’ election.
“I will definitely take part in MAA elections as an artist. My support is for the one who can develop the association. MAA polls are going to be hotter than our political elections. I do not want to put my finger on it. But as an artist, I will cast my vote,” said Roja.
Roja forayed into Tollywood with the 1991 film ‘Prema Tapassu’. When it comes to her political career, she contested on YSRCP seat and won the 2014 elections from the Nagari constituency in Andhra Pradesh. She again won in the 2019 election and was elected as an MLA from the same constituency. She also holds the cabinet rank of APIIC Chairman.
