It is not very often that a minister goes into the public and faces the media regarding any topic if he or she isn’t knowledgeable enough about that particular topic. However, this is the exact same thing that happened with a YSRCP minister, very recently.
In an attempt to defend Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s OTS scheme for housing, a popular and key minister told the people of the state in the Chittoor district that there was nothing that they needed to be worried about, and that the scheme was aimed at bettering the lives of the people of the state. When asked about why the scheme was good for the people, by the people and by the media, the minister had no answers.
The minister then turned to his secretary for information, but the secretary had nothing to say either. As a result, both of them are then said to have rushed to the anteroom, and 10 minutes later, the media left the place. On the whole, the minister made a fool of himself, by not knowing enough about the topic he was talking about.
