A lot of people have been a part of the YSRCP ever since its inception ten years ago, and have been loyal to the party and to Jagan, despite the fact that Jagan has not been able to come to power until now. These people are now reported to be highly dissatisfied about how the party is failing to recognise their loyalty and reward them accordingly.
Minister Dharmana recently said that these loyal members of the party are feeling dissatisfied because they have not been given any important posts, or any important contracts, like they were promised in the beginning. This issue has now been taken to Vijaya Sai Reddy‘s notice, who said that he would organise a job meal for all of these people.
What is important to note is that Dharmana came out with the problem, but there are many others who are still silent, and are not speaking up about their dissatisfaction with the way their party is treating them. Some are said to be of the opinion that they are completely being ignored, despite their loyalty, while people who recently joined from other parties are enjoying a lot more benefits.
Vijaya Sai Reddy’s job meal decision is also being met with a lot of criticism, because if any of these people were serious about working in jobs, they would have done that a long time ago. They have dedicated their lives to YSRCP because they want to politically grow, and enjoy the kind of power that comes with being in politics. It is important for Vijaya Sai Reddy to notice that.
It is now to be seen what will happen from here.
