According to industry sources, Nani has joined hands with director Vivek Athreya who scored back-to-back hits with Mental Madhilo and Brochevarevarura.
It may be recalled here that Vivek Athreya’s debut film Mental Madhilo, touted to be a romantic comedy, received huge accolades from the audience as well as critics. His second film Brochevarevarura, tipped as a crime comedy went on to become a big hit. Following the success of these films, expectations were high as to what director Vivek Athreya’s next would be.
Now, we heard that Nani has liked the script of Vivek Athreya and has given a green signal immediately. Source say Nani has asked him to develop the complete story-line. The top production house Mythri Movie Makers will bankroll this movie.
A little birdie revealed that Nani-Vivek Athreya movie will be a comedy entertainer and will go on floors once Nani finishes his line-up of projects.
