Well, it is always sensitive to the political parties when it comes to their home turf. It does not matter how many elections the Party loses, if the Party Leader loses in his own place, it is considered to be the end chapter of his political future from which there is no return. Naidu seems to be heading towards a Blackhole like this.
YCP with the numbers strength that they possess, are wanting to make the most of it to eliminate the major competition for good. Naidu’s native place Naravaripalle is the target this time to uproot all the hold that TDP has here. This might not be of great threat right now, but YCP is aware that it has a potential to come behind and bite them hard anytime soon.
This effort has been initiated with Sunday’s huge gathering of YCP’s members & all their major leaders being present. Chandragiri MLA Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy is supervising this event in support of the 3-Capital bill. And while TDP wanted to showcase protest at the NTR statue, they did not get Police permission to do so. Of course, why will they?!
