For the last few days, many YSRCP MLAs have been expressing their dissatisfaction over the party and Jagan is clueless about why this has been happening in his party which is politically more stable. Actually, YSRCP is in a very good state in AP and so far and no opposition has created pressure on them effectively in any issue. Yet, the YSRCP leaders are going against their party publicly.
Now, MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju joined this list by supporting Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar’s appointment as AP’s Chief Election Commissioner. It is known that the YSRCP sarkar faced a huge blow at the Supreme Court who denied giving stay on high court orders. Now, Raghu Rama Krishna Raju has made some open statements regarding the governance of their government.
The MP states that one must know the summary of both the verdicts given two courts. He said that Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar was appointed under the 243K amendment in the Indian constitution while Kanagaraj replaced him with the Panchayati Raj rule. Then, he explained that there is no logic in YSRCP’s argument, which is – if Kanagaraj’s appointment isn’t valid, then Nimmagadda’s appointment should also be considered as invalid.
Well, YSRCP took certain measures about these repeated shocks from the court. They made three high court advocates of them to resign and have diverted the attention from their own failure to Atchanna’s arrest. At this crucial juncture, when YSRCP started to dictate things, these words coming out from their MP are a big shock to Jagan and his government.
