The sensational decisions took by Jagan’s government with confidential G.Os and overnight signatures from Governor is the burning issue in the Telugu states at the moment subsiding the COVID-19 pandemic.
The way Jagan appointed a retired high court judge in the place of Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar by bringing an ordinance that made an amendment in the panchayat Raj act 1994, Section 200 which is being criticized by the opposition and political analysts were predicted by a media house months ago.
Surprisingly it is not our Telugu Media who smelled Jagan’s arrogance and Monarchy but the popular national media channel ‘The Indian Express’ that should take the credit. The YSRCP government prepared the ordinance secretly and revealed the G.O at the last minute which made the proceedings happen at lightning speed.
The Indian Express predicted that the Jagan’s government is capable of issuing an ordinance by making an amendment in the law as they were offered this power by the Constitution of India. The state government cannot suspend the SEC directly but can reduce his tenure so that they can appoint a new one in the place of their enemy.
It is still surprising how this media house scented the Jagan’s intentions with much accuracy while our Telugu media is just sniffing around the politicians wilding without any clue of the happenings.
