There are some things that the governments often do confidentially which puzzles the media along with the common people. It happens when the consciousness of the Chief Minister dictates him to maintain secrecy in this issue to avoid the possible uproar and disastrous outcome.
Now, KCR has done the same in this COVID-19 crisis period. It is known that the migrant workers/labours from Jharkhand state in Kandi IIT protested and complained to the Telangana government that they haven’t been able to reside in the sheds in the campus and asked the government to send to their state immediately.
In the meanwhile, the Centre has permitted the migrant workers to transport through trains, and in the next minute, KCR contacted Jharkhand chief Minster on phone. They have discussed the transport of about 1225 migrant workers that belong to Jharkhand state. But, KCR hasn’t informed that matter to anyone, even to the media.
This is because of the thing that happened in the Bandra Railway station in Mumbai when there was a leak that the migrant workers are being transported to their home states in trains. Thousands of people reached the staton within no time and created a ruckus at the spot where Mumbai is strictly a red zone area.
KCR didn’t want that thing to happen in Hyderabad and hence he limited the information between him, Jharkhand CM, DGP Mahender Reddy and PS Somesh Kumar. On Thursday night, the information as given to the Sanga Reddy rural police station and the workers were sent to Jharkhand in a train after they were arranged for buses to travel to the Railway station.
This whole process was done confidentially that shows us the presence of mind of KCR and his successful administration in these critical times.
