The much-anticipated collaboration between Director Gopichand Malineni and Ravi Teja for a film under Mythri Movie Makers took an unexpected turn. This project, tentatively titled RT4GM, faced hurdles due to budget concerns surpassing 100Cr.
As Ravi Teja was unable to adjust his fee, the film got shelved despite the team’s confidence in its story. Surprising Tollywood circles, the storyline originally intended for Ravi Teja is now reportedly heading to Bollywood’s seasoned actor, Sunny Deol.
The Mythri team believes this story could be a great fit for a senior hero and has reached out to Sunny Deol, especially after his recent success with Gadar 2.
If all goes according to plan, an official announcement regarding Sunny Deol’s involvement in this project might surface soon. With Sunny Deol stepping in, the budget constraints that hindered the project’s progress with Ravi Teja are expected to no longer pose an issue for Mythri Movie Makers.
