Vijayanagaram Poosapatis have a history that has been lasted for centuries. Former central minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju was alleged of corruption practices by his own brother’s daughter Sanchayita Gajapathi Raju who was appointed as the Mansas trust chairman by the YSRCP government in a controversial fashion. On the other side, Ashok Gajapathi Raju is saying that she is not at all the successor of poosapati family.
According to Sanchayitha, Ashok Gajapathi Raja has ruined the trust and its activities. She said that her uncle Ashok took the charges of the Mansas trust after her father which belong to her righteously in the first place. She also said that former CM Chandra Babu Naidu is also a part of this whole conspiracy and used Ashok Gajapathi Raju to his convenience by passing a G.O favorable to him after the death of Ananda Gajapathi Raju.
If we go by Ashok’s words, he alleges that she has no right to claim his father’s properties and post as her mother Uma Gajapathi Raju took divorce with Anand Gajapathi Raju long time back. Ashok Gajapathi Raju also said that neither Sanchayitha nor Uma came to see Aanand Gajapathi Raju in his last days and is hoping that the court will agree to his argument for sure.
So, the court’s order will decide the real villain in this whole Gajapathi Rajus story but one thing is clear, ‘No family relation will stand before the desire for power.’
