Boyapati Sreenu regained his mojo with Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Akhanda. The film is minting big bucks at the box office and Boyapati appears to be back in the groove again.
Even before the release of Akhanda, Boyapati was in talks with Allu Arjun and Ram Pothineni for two individual projects. Now, the focus is on the star filmmaker’s immediate next project after Akhanda.
Apparently, Boyapati quoted a whopping budget of Rs 40 crores for his film with Ram. Chitturi Srinivasa who was initially interested in producing the project backed down after the budget quoted by Boyapati was much more than what he had anticipated. He is not interested in investing such a budget on Ram.
So, Boyapati might be collaborating with Allu Arjun for his next. Geetha Arts were always interested in bankrolling the project and they might be announcing the same very soon.
The Boyapati Sreenu directorial might well be Allu Arjun’s immediate next project after Pushpa: The Rise.
