Is it Shah Rukh Khan’s “Chak De” movie remake? Isn’t it the first question in mind, after watching the Whistle Trailer? Bigil trailer has already released in Tamil two days ago and is trending on the top since its release. The trailer of Telugu version of Bigil, titled as Whistle is out now.
The trailer shows Vijay in both mass and class angles. While the mass look has got to deal the with baddies quite often, the Super Star in class look is the football coach of the women’s team.
It was Hockey in Chak De, and Shah Rukh trains women and leads them till they win the cup in the end. It seems Hockey is substituted with Football in Whistle. Chak De is completely a sports drama, with no diversions. But it seems, that is not the case with Whistle as it has many other elements, other than the sport, as hinted through the trailer.

AR Rehman’s background score is one of the key highlights of the trailer. Atlee, who earlier gave two super hits to Vijay in the form of Theri and Mersal, is all set to bag a hat-trick with the Super Star with Whistle. The content seems promising and is surely up to make some magic in the theaters from 25th of this month in both Tamil and Telugu.
