Chandrababu considers himself as the ‘Political Chanakya’ in Andhra Pradesh and some of his decisions often reflect the title aptly. But, nowadays, his strategies haven’t been working well, and gradually he stopped troubling his brain which tells us how tired he has become with the back to back blows to him and the party.
First things first.! Bringing the legislative council into the play in the last minute and ruining Jagan’s dream of three capitals is definitely a masterstroke from Chandra Babu Naidu. Apart from that one, no decision of him created a considerable impact on AP politics. This hazy nature of him started before the 2019 general assembly elections.
When Babu opted for ‘Pasupu Kumkuma’ as his Brahmastra in the pre-poll period, it didn’t go well, and eventually, Babu’s plans and strategies are well understood by the AP people. We all known that result later – 23. Later in Assembly CBN tried his very best to make full use of his Master brain but everything went in vain.
If we have a look at the series of losses faced by Babu, his happiness for halting the three capital process with a master plan hasn’t lasted long as the YSRCP made it clear that there is no need for a council for any means. The Lockdown effect prevented him to make full use of ‘Corona’ and the ‘Vizag Gas Leak Polymers’ uproar was suppressed with the announcement of Rs. 1 Crore indemnity.
So, these instances are quite clear that CBN’s way of dealing politics turned out old-fashioned and he needs to have a whole different mindset at least from now to tackle the ever-powerful YSRCP’s attacks.
