Global star Ram Charan is currently shooting for RC 16, directed by Buchi Babu Sana. This pan India project, set in a periodic sports action drama genre, pairs Ram Charan with Janhvi Kapoor.
The story is based in the Uttarandhra region, with a massive village set already constructed for the film. After RC 16, Ram Charan will collaborate with creative director Sukumar for RC 17.
Sukumar is currently finalizing Pushpa 2 and is expected to take a short break before starting work on Ram Charan’s project. While the script is reportedly ready, completing the bound script might take time.
Sources suggest that RC 17 could begin shooting in August 2025. Meanwhile, Buchi Babu plans to wrap up RC 16 within 8 months, ensuring it’s ready for post production. Fans are eagerly awaiting updates on both films, especially Sukumar’s project, following the release of Pushpa 2.
