Over the last few days, the Telugu Desam supporters and leaders have been carrying the narrative that Nara Lokesh should be promoted as the deputy chief minister of Andhra Pradesh. Though this is detrimental to the alliance, these leaders have been carrying this narrative for the last few days.
Now it is the turn of Lokesh himself to clarify on this matter, and he had a strong and adequate clarification.
When asked about the internal talk from his party, leaders about having him promoted as deputy CM Lokesh remarked that he has his plateful already, and it does not intend to take additional responsibilities.
Lokesh pointed out that he is already busy as the IT minister and education minister of Andhra Pradesh and has no intention of picking up additional duties. This pretty much signifies that Pawan Kalyan will continue to be the sole deputy chief minister of Andhra Pradesh.
