After almost 7 full years of constant struggle of Nirbhaya’s parents, today on March 20 in 2020, they found solace. And Nirbhaya’s soul must have found peace for receiving justice to one of the most heinous crimes by humanity committed to her. Today at 5:30 am in the morning, all the remaining 4 convicts were hanged together.
The whole nation had appreciated this gesture by the Supreme Court and the parents of Nirbhaya were applauded for their relentless efforts without giving up on the Indian Law and it’s loopholes. So, now what will happen to the dead bodies of the convicts? The four dead bodies will be first taken to the hospital for check up. Then if their families will claim their bodies, they will be given. And if nobody claims the body, the police themselves will be taking care of the cremation process too. And the money they earned during the jail tenure by work will be given to their families.
