In his earlier times, A.R Muragadoss was considered as the new face of Indian Cinema. Picking hard-hitting subjects, developing them with his due intelligence and elevating the hero with a logical sequence are the unanimous strengths of this Tamil director.
Be it coin fight scene in ‘Katthi’, Pre- Interval sequence in Thupaki or the entire ‘Ghajini’, all are known for his uniques style of taking. A few years back, he was considered as the most bankable director but now, he is a frightening face to many heroes’ fans.
Unlike his previous movies, Muragadoss’s present script lacks emotional content for the audience which will make them feel the subject. There are hardly any emotional sequences that can melt the peoples’ hearts in his latest movies.
In all his latest movies, there are so many unnecessary sequences which are only created to elevate the heroes’ image and they have nothing to do with the subject.
He is the person who does movies only with star heroes, though there is no balance in his scripts. More ever his over obsession with logics has been misfired a lot of times.
Muragadoss is probably the first director from south who directed an Industry hit movie at the Bollywood (Ghajini).
Hence he should recall what his strengths are and should deal the script according to the trend. If he succeeds in matching these two variables, we can have our vintage Murgadoss back.
