Rashmi Gautam has made a name for herself on the silver screen as an actress and TV presenter. The sultry diva has always been vocal about various societal issues and is committed to fighting against animal cruelty.
Rashmi took to her Twitter handle to share a video of animal cruelty. In the video, a dog was seen tied to a rope and beaten to death by municipal staff as a part of catching stray dogs in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh.
A man tagged Rashmi and wrote the dog was beaten to death with a stick for more than 30 minutes. Reacting to this, the actress wrote, “And so many inhumane bystander standing and watching. It’s time for the human species to get wiped off. We don’t deserve this planet.”
A majority of Rashmi’s followers on the microblogging website have reacted to the video. Rashmi is known for acting in few movies like Guntur Talkies, Balapam Patti Bhama Odilo, and Next Nuvve.
On the career front, she is currently seen hosting Extra Jabardasth and other special shows on TV.
