The much-needed wait has come to an end after an official announcement on Superstar Mahesh Babu and director Trivikram Srinivas‘s next project is finally out.
After 11 long years, the actor-director duo is teaming up again for #SSMB28, which will be produced by S. Radha Krishna under Haarika & Hassine Creations. The makers have also locked the release of this flick that #SSMB28 will hit the silver screen in Summer 2022.
Mahesh and Trivikram had previously worked together for Athadu in 2005 and Khaleja in 2010. Although the duo wanted to collaborate for a film after Khaleja, things didn’t well as planned and it took 11 long years for them to join hands again.
Reports even suggest that Pooja Hegde might be roped in for the project. The leggy lass had earlier worked with Trivikram for Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava and Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo.
Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu is currently working on Parasuram’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata, which will star Keerthy Suresh as his co-star.
