CBI has once again issued notices to Kadapa YCP MP YS Avinash Reddy in the murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy. The CBI officials went to his residence in Pulivendula and served the notices.
In those notices, it is mentioned that he should come for a hearing on March 6. Currently, this has become a hot topic in AP political circles. Avinash Reddy immediately responded to these notices and asked the officials to reschedule the questioning due to his prior fixed schedule.
However, the CBI officials insisted that he should appear before it on Monday.
Avinash Reddy will have to attend tomorrow’s hearing. In the past, CBI issued notices to Avinash Reddy many times and called him for investigation and questioned him deeply about YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case.
The CBI found that Avinash Reddy was present at the crime scene through his phone location using an application called Google Takeout.
Along with YS Avinash Reddy, the CBI officials issued notices to Avinash Reddy’s father, YS Bhaskar Reddy.
