Actor Manchu Vishnu has said that he would be very happy if Nandamuri Balakrishna becomes president of the ‘Movie Artists Association’ (MAA) this time.
In a recent interview with a channel, Vishnu, who is contesting for the post of president of MAA, once again said that he would definitely step down from the election race if all the bigwigs in the Telugu film industry unanimously elect someone as president.
The young actor said that Balakrishna is a brother-like person to him and he would be very happy if he is elected as President this term. “If he is the president, we can expect something good for everyone. Not only Balayya, but some actors of his generation also did not contest in the election in the previous terms. I am glad to have any of them as president. However, it may not be easy for them to make time especially for the association,” he said.
In addition, Vishnu answered a recent question posed by Nagababu about his plans for the construction of ‘MAA’ permanent building. He said he has good relations with politicians in the two Telugu states and he would reveal all the details when the right time comes.
