Actress Vijayashanti made her political debut many years ago, and started off in BJP. She even went to the point where rumors floated about her getting a ministerial post. She was even referred to as the prodigy of LK Advani’s back then. However, everything fell apart, as Vijayashanti left the party, and decided to shift. Most consider this the first step of failure when it comes to Vijayashanti’s political career.
Later on, Vijayasahanti established her own party, Thalli Telangana, and later decided to merge this party with TRS. She would have gotten a major post had she decided to continue in TRS, but she left TRS as well, as there were many differences between the members of the party and her. She then joined Congress, but that hasn’t worked out well for her either.
The Congress party in Telangana is becoming more and more insignificant with each passing day, as no one is paying enough attention to the party. As a result, it is being said that Vijayashanti is considering leaving Congress, and once again joining BJP. She even recently met Kishan Reddy, after which the rumors gained momentum.
With the Dubbaka by-polls becoming the hot topic of the state, it is indeed very interesting to have Vijayashanti back in BJP, which is threatening not only Congress, but also TRS as well. This is also making many political analysts wonder if there’s any hidden agenda to this.
