After impressing the Telugu audience with movies like Dr. Saleem and Bichagadu, Tamil hero Vijay Antony is now coming up with yet another interesting project, titled Hatya.
Vijay will be playing the role of a detective in the upcoming investigative thriller movie while Ritika Singh will be seen as a police officer. The makers of the film today unveiled the first look poster which looks intriguing.
Vijay Antony looks natural in a detective look with a hat and coat. One would think it would be a different film in his career. The film is loosely inspired by the murder of Dorothy King incident in 1923.
The film is written and directed by Balaji Kumar, who earlier made movies like ‘Vidiyum Munn’ in Tamil and ‘9 Lives of Maara’ in English. Sivakumar Vijayan is handling cinematography while RK Selva is taking care of editing and Gopalakrishnan is composing music for this film. The movie is produced by Infinity Film Ventures in association with Lotus Pictures.
