Superstar Rajinikanth’s latest theatrical outing, Vettaiyan had its theatrical outing today and it has opened decently at the box office. The film is essentially tipped to be an action drama.
Coming to the OTT side of things, the film has sealed Amazon Prime Video as its OTT streaming partner.
The film will not have an early OTT release though and it would either follow a standard 4-week OTT release or a bit later based on the theatrical return,
Vettaiyan is directed by TJ Gnanavel who earlier made the critically acclaimed Jai Bhim and it has Rajini and Manju Warrier in the lead roles. This film also touched a relevant social topic and it is laced with Rajini mark mass moments here and there. Anirudh has composed the music.
