Veteran cinematographer V Jayaram dies of Covid-19

In a tragic event, veteran Telugu cinematographer V Jayaram passed away on Thursday due to Corona virus complications. He was 70. He is survived by his wife, son, and daughter.

As per reports, Jayaram was diagnosed with Covid a few days ago. His health condition worsened, and he breathed his last on Thursday evening.

The renowned cinematographer began his career in the industry with the 1985 film Chiranjeevi starring Megastar Chiranjeevi. He cranked the lens for films featuring star actors including Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Krishna, Mohan Babu and Nandamuri Balakrishna, Mohanlal, Mammootty, Suresh Gopi, among others.

Jayaram often collaborated with director K Raghavendra Rao, for films such as Pelli Sandadi, Iddaru Mithrulu, Paradesi and Pandurangadu.
