The political system is AP is very desperate to influence and control the judiciary system in the state as they rubbished every nonconstitutional and unlawful order passed by the AP government all these says. So, the government, using all their power is trying to put the pressure on the AP judiciary system.
Initially, some people tried to blame high court by making cattiest allegations on the members of the judicial department. How ever, the court defended those remarks and made the people stop spreading those rumors in social media with a severe warning. Now the mainstream media which has been very favorable to the government started to show off in front of the judiciary system.
Recently, a High Court registrar named Raja Sekhar died of Heart attack and a man from Telangana wrote a letter stating that the Chief Justice is the responsible person for the Raja Sekhar’s death. That letter was exclusively published by the ruling party’s media. Soon after this news evolved, Speaker said that the AP state is being ruled by the judicial system.
Now, the advocates are alleging that this all part of a game from the government to put extra pressure on the court. They termed it as some sought of ‘blackmail’ so that the judicial system comprises in its unbiased judgments. So this is a high time for the people of AP to take a stand. Every system in Andhra Pradesh is taking a hit from the government such as judicial, constitutional e.t.c and the fact is that everything is being made publicly. So which side are you at?
