It is a known fact that the war between Russia and Ukraine is still continuing, with both countries losing thousands of soldiers.
Ukraine has been retaliating against Russian forces, who are again shelling their territory in the capital Kyiv. As per reports, the Ukrainian forces targeted Moscow soldiers who were not properly armed. As per the news got out from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Russia has lost a huge amount of troops in this incident. It is claimed that at least 1000 Russian soldiers (most of them reservists) were killed in the cave attacks in one day.
Ukraine’s defence ministry has claimed that up to 71,200 Russian soldiers have so far been killed in the conflict.
It is known that recently Russian President Vladimir Putin has taken up military mobilization for military action against Ukraine. As part of this, many reservists were called back and sent to fight in Ukraine. According to Russian officials, 41,000 reservists are currently fighting with Ukrainian forces.
A few days ago, British defence intelligence analysts said several thousand newly mobilised Russian soldiers deployed to the front line are poorly equipped. This attack from Ukraine came after getting the information from the British, as per the reports.
