Cyberabad CCS police, has issued notices to TV9 Ravi Prakash, actor Sivaji and Murthy asking to attend the interrogation at the police station at 11 PM on Friday. But except Murthy, the rest two skipped it.
As per the CRPC 41 act, the officials are bound to send notices one more time, if at all those who received notices, fail to turn up at the location.
On the other side, the police conducted investigation at TV9 office on the second day and captured a few of the key documents, hard disks etc. But reportedly, the police are anticipating that the TV9 team has hidden a few of the other important documents.
A few of the TV channels have already reported that, the CCTV footage revealed that Murthy was seen carrying few key documents and laptops from the office and regarding this, the police also took a person named Shankar into custody and are currently interrogating him.
If Ravi Prakash and Sivaji fail to turn up, even after any of the notices, the police would then proceed with a strict action against them, the reports say.
