Lahari, who played the leading lady in several Telugu serials, has been arrested in an accident case. She was coming from Shamshabad in her car when she collided with a bike on Tuesday night.
As per reports, a person, who was riding on the bike, got seriously injured in the accident. Even though the man was bleeding, the actress did not step out of the car. Upon receiving the information, police reached the spot and took Lahari along with the car to the station.
It is heard that Lahari was driving under the influence of alcohol. But the police have not yet publicly stated the matter. The victim is currently being treated at a hospital. Full details of the incident are yet to be known.
On the career front, Lahari is known for her performance in the TV show Muddubidda, Intinti Gruhalakshmi, among others.
