An enormous number of Coronavirus cases are being registered in Andhra Pradesh. TTD has enforced restrictions in the wake of rising coronavirus cases again in the state. Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam has imposed restrictions on devotees coming to Tirumala.
The officials made it clear that they will allow only the people who have darshan tickets. Pedestrian devotees will be allowed into the temple from 9 a.m., officials said.
Also announced that those arriving in vehicles will be allowed from 1 pm. Officials said the decision was taken as corona cases were being registered on a large scale in the state.
During the Corona times, last year, the temple department conducted solitary sevas in Tirumala. The Tirumala temple remained closed in March last year.
