We have informed to our readers that Megastar Chiranjeevi and Koratala Siva’s highly-anticipated film was launched officially a few days back, but the film’s regular shooting has not yet started.
Even though the makers announced that they wanted to start the shoot immediately, it seems to be delayed.
A source close to the unit revealed to us that, “The film’s shooting may not happen this year, as they want to start after the festival holidays are completed.”
The source further added that as the makers wanted to rope in an ensemble cast in the film, the pre-production works are getting delayed.
Earlier there were reports that Trisha has been roped in as female lead opposite Chiranjeevi, but there is no official confirmation from the makers. The makers have tentatively titled the film as Govindacharya, but there’s no confirmation on that either.
Touted to be an action entertainer, the film is set in the backdrop of Srikakulam. It is also heard that the film is a contemporary take over misappropriation and misuse of temple funds and donations.
Bankrolled co-jointly by Ram Charan and Niranjan Reddy, the film is slated for a grand release during Dasara 2020.
