The hype surrounding director SS Rajamouli’s RRR seems to be only increasing with every passing day. The film is currently being shown in Los Angeles’ Chinese Theatre, as part of the Beyond Fest, in USA. Director SS Rajamouli too was a part of the film’s recent show in the theatre, the videos of which are currently going viral on social media.
In the videos, we can see the huge response that Naatu Naatu has been getting from the American audeince, with audiences going in front of the screen to perform the Naatu Naatu step that has become very famous from the film. Moreover, the entire film is being received extremely well by the audeince, with everyone watching the film with bated breath.
There’s been a lot of discussion surrounding RRR’s submission as India’s official entry to the Oscars this year, owing to the huge popularity the film ahs gained worldwide. However, the Indian jruy chose to send a Gujarati film to the Oscars, as India’s official entry, over RRR. There’s still the chance to send the film for nominations independently, and we have to see whether or not this will happen.
