The trailer of Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar’s much-awaited film ‘Ram Setu’ has been released today. It is known that the movie is based on the Ram Setu bridge from the epic Ramayana.
In the two-minute video, we can see Akshay taking up a mission to discover and save Ram Setu. The trailer begins with the government requesting the Court’s permission to demolish Ram Setu. Nassar, who feels India runs on the belief in Lord Ram, sends Akshay on an archaeological expedition to Ram Setu. Jacqueline Fernandez and Satya Dev join the protagonist in the deadly mission. The impressive video glimpse ends with AK carrying a stone from the bridge on his shoulder as he comes from the sea. “There are millions of temples of Shri Ram in the world, but Setu is only one,” his voiceover said.
Directed by Abhishek Sharma, the movie is co-produced by Cape of Good Films along with Amazon Prime Video, Abundantia Entertainment, and Lyca Productions. It will release in theatres on October 25.
