Movie lovers eagerly awaited new films in theaters. While the T20 World Cup struggles to grab attention due to odd timings, seven more films are set to hit screens this weekend, hoping for positive buzz from early shows to draw audiences.
Sudheer Babu stars in ‘Harom Hara’, a period action drama set in 1989’s Kuppam, Chittoor district, where he portrays a gunsmith. Meanwhile, Vijay Sethupathi’s 50th film ‘Maharaja’, a crime suspense thriller, is set for release in Tamil and Telugu. Additionally, ‘Indrani’ promises action-packed entertainment with Yaaneea Bharadwaj as a supergirl.
Chandini Chowdary’s ‘Yevam’, where she plays a police officer in a mystery thriller, and Ajay Ghosh’s ‘Music Shop Murthy’, a heartwarming story of an elderly DJ enthusiast, add to the diverse lineup. Also releasing is ‘Nee Dare Nee Katha’, alongside the dubbed version of Yash’s ‘Rajadhani’ titled ‘Rajadhani Rowdy’ and Karthik Aryan’s ‘Chandu Champion’, directed by Kabir Khan, offering an inspirational biographical drama.
