It is known that AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has said that he will reorganize the ministry for every 2 and half years and already the talk in YSRCP is that almost half of the ministry will be replaced and the others will be altered their ministries. It is being said that Jagan is very dissatisfied with the performance of some ministers.
Now, when the speculations are rife about the ministers who are about to lose their posts, an interesting issue came on to the scene. It is being said that some YCP seniors say three to four ministers in the cabinet are ready to give up their ministries on their own.
This discussion, which is going on in the most confidential way, has reached the media sources. Generally, no leader likes to give up power. Even if he/she was asked to leave the post one would fight for it till the end. But, the situation in YSRCP is entirely different.
It is being said that there are ministers who think they have no power and are worthless in their constituency as seniors are showing dominance over them. Reportedly, they still feel that they are no less than the fellow MLAs as they feel powerless.
According to the sources, among the ministers who are ready to resign voluntarily is the MLAs of Kadapa district, Minister Amjad Basha and along with him, the names of Vijayanagaram District Kurupam Constituency MLA, Deputy CM Pushpa Srivani, Anantapur District Penukonda Constituency MLA, Minister Sankaranarayana, West Godavari District Achanta MLA and Minister Ranganath Raj’s names are being heard.
Right now these are just speculations and we don’t have any idea how many of the above will leave their posts voluntarily or be replaced by the AP CM. If all these ministers keep their ministries for the complete tenure of 5 years, it will be a wonder as it is being said that they don’t enjoy much power in the administrative activities as well.
