An IPS officer in Karantaka, D Roopa, levelled seven allegations against IAS officer Rohini Sindhuri on Saturday. She even took to social media and shared seven photos, saying that Rohini had shared those photos with her male colleagues. Following this, Karnataka Home Minister Araga Jnanendra said the government would pursue action against both officials.
After the Home Minister’s revelation, Roopa once again took to social media and asked how Rohini’s actions are justifiable. Roopa asked in a Facebook post whether she would talk about the “deleted naked pictures” and whether “the number it (the photos) was sent was not hers”. Prior to that, Rohini had taken to social media and said that whatever actions have been levelled against her are false.
Responding to these comments, Rohini said that all the allegations are made by Roopa fuelled by a personal vilification campaign. She even said that she would file a complaint with the authorities.
