A case has been registered against Jana Sena Party President Pawan Kalyan by Tadepalli police after a man named Siva Kumar lodged a complaint alleging rash and dangerous driving by the actor and his driver.
The police named Pawan Kalyan as A1 and the driver of his car as A2 in the case. As per the reports, Siva Kumar, belonging to Tenali, said that he had a bike accident because of Pawan Kalyan.
In his complaint, he said on November 5th Pawan Kalyan visited Ippatam village with his followers. During then the actor travelled in his car by sitting on the top of the vehicle and his driver drove it in a rash and negligent manner at a high speed.
As a result, the complainant said that he failed to control his bike and fell on the road. Based on his complaint, the police charged PSPK and his driver under 336, 279 IPC r/w 177 MV ACT.
This FIR came out after the Prime Minister left for Telangana after he visited Andhra Pradesh today.
