It is known that the Telangana Chief Minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao has gained unanimous positivity in the Telangana state in recent times and his administration during the COVID-19 crisis period is certainly impeccable. The positive number of cases has been reduced phenomenally and the government is very much relaxed as the COVID-19 threat has been diminished for the last two weeks.
Now, the KCR is focussing on the state’s economy which has been hit very hard by the coronavirus and is intending to allow the sale of liquor all over the state to boost up the economy. But the Telangana Congress did strike at the right time and kept the TRS government in a state of bother.
The T-Congress has demanded the government to bring the Telanganites who are struck in gulf countries. There are 85 lakhs Indians in Gulf Countries at this moment and 15 lakhs of them are from Telangana only. Congress said that about 3.5 lakhs among them are economically poor and they are suffering a lot of problems in the Gulf as they have no source of income at all.
Now, the opposition is demanding to bring them back immediately to their own state and it is not an easy task to bring them back. Meanwhile, KCR need to respond to this demand by the opposition and he definitely can’t oppose this demand from T-Congress as it would cause an uproar in the families whose members are being locked in Gulf. So, everyone is waiting for KCR’s reaction and it should happen very soon.
