It was not very long ago that YS Vivekananda Reddy was brutally murdered in his house at midnight. This happened before the 2019 Elections while the campaigning was heavily going on in Andhra Pradesh and the whole country for General Elections. His horrific murder had sent shivers in the spine.
During that time Jagan Mohan Reddy has made allegations on the then ruling government of Chandra Babu Naidu that they suspect some foul play in the investigation. But now when he is indeed the Chief Minister, why did he take back the petition, asks a petitioner who is defending on the opposite side of Jagan.
To this, the Court said that the Petitioner should only talk about his own petition and not take the name of another Petitioner. It was also mentioned that few weeks ago it was shown in the Sakshi TV that YS Vivekananda Reddy’s death was a natural death. This raises multiple doubts to general public on what exactly is going on in this case.
The Petitioner said that the case is not properly investigated under Jagan Mohan Reddy’s government and therefore needs to be given over to CBI. The case was adjourned to this month 20th.
