While CBI took up the case for further investigation, KK singh notified a change in his petition from ‘abetment to suicide’ as ‘murder’ on observing the recent inconsistencies in Sushanth’s death.
The family questioned about the suspicious ligature mark along with absence of photos of body hanging and demanded the autopsy report. Recent testimonies from the ambulance driver and couple of medical professionals claimed it as possible foul play indicating murder.
