However, now it looks like Karthi and Suriya’s dream (Teaming up together) has finally come true. The latest reports suggest that Suriya and Karthi are teaming up for the blockbuster Malayalam remake Ayyappanum Koshiyum.
It is learned that the brothers watched the film in a private screening and decided to remake the film. It is even heard that they have bought the remake rights of the film but the director needs to get finalized for the remake.
If everything goes well as planned, Suriya and Karthi may announce the project officially. It is also learned that the film may start rolling next year and the meanwhile, Suriya and Karthi will complete their current commitments.
Ayyappanum Koshiyum is all about the battle between two egoistic characters, one is an upright brash cop and the other is an arrogant ex-army man from an affluent family.
