Suresh Babu had produced and presented most of Ravi Babu’s films. At one time the writers in the film industry would joke that if you have to get an appointment and narrate a story to Suresh Babu, you’d have to do it in English.
Because they honestly didn’t understand how Ravi Babu is able to convince and trap Suresh Babu into believing his stories.
The director after he lost his steam began to rope in newcomers, sons of ‘rich fathers’ and would weave stories for them.
There was whispers about his huge budget film titled Manasara on a newcomer; the hero according to sources invested all the money. His choice of newcomers sometimes worked.
His titles mostly began with ‘A’ for example…Allari, Ammayilu Abbayilu, Anasuya, Amaravati, Avunu, Avunu 2, Adhugo and now it is Aaviri. With Aaviri, he has lost it all.
The content showed he had not spent time on it all, it is the same old recycled stories that the audience were being treated to for many years.
Suresh Babu had been so upset with Adhugo, he had decided not to spoil his brand image by presenting his film.
Luckily he found Dil Raju, who is associating with all new directors and has announced that he would help release the film if found interesting.
Obviously he needs feeding for his theatres and at this point of time there is hardly any big film scheduled for release.
